    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is then transferred to the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login areas and places where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer with an SSL certificate. This means that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.
  4. To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.

3. Hosting

  1. The website is hosted and technically maintained on the server of the operator: seohost.pl
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps server-level logs. The following data may be recorded:
    • resources identified by URL, such as addresses of requested resources – pages and files,
    • time of request arrival,
    • time of response sending,
    • client station name – identification performed through the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user, referred to as the referer link – if the user accessed the Website through a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through registration forms on the website,
    • information related to handling email correspondence addressed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on the use of data

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfil obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • hosting company, under data processing agreement
    • payment operators
  2. Your personal data processed by the Controller will not be processed for longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations, for example accounting regulations. In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification of your data,
    • deletion of your data,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3 c), concerning the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, pursuit or defence of claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the actions of the Controller with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for using the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Controller.
  8. Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we transfer it outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such data is provided.
  2. The Website may record information about connection parameters, such as timestamp and IP address.
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information that helps link the data entered in the form with the email address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, for example to handle a service request, commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is used for.

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics, provided by Google Inc. based in the USA. The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
