Krause Park House Rules

1. General provisions

  1. These House Rules define the rules for providing services, liability and staying on the hotel premises.
  2. Making a reservation or checking in at the hotel means accepting these House Rules.
  3. These House Rules apply to all Guests staying on the property.

2. Hotel day

  1. Rooms are rented per hotel day.
  2. The hotel day starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the following day.
  3. Any extension of the stay must be reported to reception no later than 10:00 AM on the planned day of departure.
  4. The hotel may refuse to extend the stay if no rooms are available.

3. Reservations and payments

  1. Reservations can be made 24/7 via the website, by phone or by email.
  2. The hotel may require a deposit or full prepayment.
  3. Reservation cancellation is subject to the conditions of the selected offer.

4. Check-in

  1. The hotel offers 24-hour check-in.
  2. Unregistered persons may stay in a hotel room only with the consent of reception.

5. Quiet hours

  1. Quiet hours apply on the hotel premises from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  2. Guests are asked to remain quiet and not disturb the stay of other guests.

6. Guest responsibility

  1. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment caused by their fault.
  2. The hotel may charge the Guest for the cost of repairing any damage.

7. Parking

  1. The hotel provides parking for Guests.
  2. The parking area is monitored.
  3. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a vehicle left in the parking area, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Bicycles

  1. The hotel offers safe bicycle storage.
  2. Guests may use designated bicycle boxes or the bicycle storage room.

9. Pets

  1. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement with the hotel.
  2. The pet owner is fully responsible for the animal’s behaviour and any possible damage.

10. Prohibitions

  1. Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes is prohibited on the hotel premises except in designated areas.
  2. Any behaviour that may endanger the safety of other Guests or staff is prohibited.

11. Final provisions

  1. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates these House Rules.
  2. In matters not regulated by these House Rules, Polish law shall apply.
